Don't give up

That is what I am telling myself today after getting on the scale this week and not losing any weight after really doing my best last week. In the past I would give up and say to myself why am I putting myself through this. Not any more I have given myself a pep talk this morning and I am determined to stay with this until I hit my goal weight and yes I will have some good weeks/days and bad weeks/days but I can get through them. I am giving myself small goals to reach like measuring and weighing which I have done remarkably well with so far. Patting myself on the back LOL I am giving myself a mantra to say over and over in my head this week "you can do this" and I will repeat this as much as I have to until it is stuck in my head. I am going to have another good week and I hope that next week when I get on the scale it will show my hard work.

    It's so hard when the scale doesn't show what it should. I know that if you don't quit and keep working, you will eventually see that number change!

    Keep going and stay positive! You can do this! We all have ups and downs on the scale and in life. The key is to keep reaching for the ups and don't let the downs derail our goals.
