Trying something different

I have been a sparker for several years now, loosing 29 pounds. Right now my main goal is to get under 200... I have 18 pounds to shave off in doing so. I seem to loose and gain back the same 5 pounds!!! So obviously something needs to change! So here is my promise to myself...
I will eat within my calorie guidelines ( I usually stay under... I know really?)
I will try to up my protein consumption (this seems to be difficult in the past)
I will drink at least glasses of water per day
I will hide the scale until I feel a difference in my clothes (too discouraging)
I will take my measurements tonite (it has been awhile)
Mondays - Yoga
Tuesdays & Thursday: walk/ run intervals
Fridays- Strength training
Saturday or Sunday.... Incorporate some kind of physical activity... ie; gardening, long walk, heavy housework or video
I have been making positive changes to my lifestyle. we eat heathier than we used to. I have included exercise as well into my lifestyle, so much so, that I miss it if I dont do it. I love the way it makes me feel! I just need to break this plateau... !!! Wish me luck!!
