Ready to get some gym time in this week

Hope you had a good weekend. Mine was good. Overall I think I did ok with my eating. I didnt count calories though. Back to counting calories today and the rest of week.
I did not get gym time in yesterday. Decided to stick with 15 mins (during work) since thats all I can handle until I get used to it again. Dont want to overdue it.
Today a co worker and I are going to the gym later on. I will probably either walk on treadmill or do elliptical and probably do abs as well. My plan is go everyday this week (5 days) and that should add up to 75 mins total. Which is better than nothing.
I finally weighed myself the other day and Im at.....176!! So I definitely need toi get back into the gym and keep up the momentum, so I can get this weight off for good. I will probably go shopping for workout pants (for the gym) this weekend, since I will not be caught dead with shorts on in public.
