    I think you're smart to divide up the changes you're trying to make into different blocks. I went the opposite way (changing diet, then adding activity), but splitting it up makes it less overwhelming. Most of us are making major lifestyle changes and which ever way that you do it, so that it's an easier life transition that you'll continue, is the best way for you.

    Well good job on keeping up with your exercise's! It would be hard for me if i couldn't see how much i weighed so kudos to you for staying on track. About 2 years ago when i first was determined to lose weight i was nervous at the gym so i know what you mean. Your right though it will become second nature and you won't care anymore or be nervous. So good job and keep it up!
