Well, I finished the first week of Deepak Chopra's 21 Day Meditation! I found it difficult to shut off the chatter in my head & found my mind wondering throughout each session, but I kept at it. Here's what I focused on this past week through this meditation:

Day 1 - I committed to living perfect health
Day 2 - Balance is my true nature
Day 3 - My mind & body are in perfect sync
Day 4 - I trust the wisdom of my body
Day 5 - I flow in rythmn with my mind & body
Day 6 - I am pefection. I am healthy. I am strong
Day 7 - My body is a magnificent vehicle that connects me to Spirit

I am proud that I made time to meditate even with my business travels across the country this past week. I made time for rest, nourishment & exercise. I am focusing on cutting out carbs so that I can jumpstart the weight loss. I am enjoying the arc trainer & stair master which are relatively new exercises. I am committed to a life time of health, balance & proper nourishment for my mind, body & spirit. I am slowly coming back to life...

    I missed one day and like you am having a hard time with the chatter in my head. I do like the focus though and it sure helps with keeping me motivated, I really want to get daily meditation a habit that just is part of my routine, It's nice to hear from someone else doing this. Namaste
