Back on track

After two weeks of travel for work, I was happy to be at home the past 5 days. I returned home late Tuesday night. Up three pounds, feeling slow and sluggish, after missing my workouts. I was so happy to see my Magic Bullet and have my smoothies for breakfast again. I worked out on the elliptical yesterday and today. I feel much better when I am eating according to the Eat to Live food pyramid. While I try to eat healthy on the road, the sodium content of restaurant food is too high. I made a pot of black bean soup with spinach today to have for the week. One step forward.
