Spring Challenge

This is the first week of BL SPring CHallenge. We always set some goals at the beginning. SO here are mine:
1. To continue to track all of my food and stay within my calorie range each day
2. TO increase the intensity of my workouts and track all of my exercise
3. TO drink plenty of water
4. To do things to reduce my stress - photography, reading, getting outdoors
5. To encourage others as it takes my focus off myself
6. To focus on what I have accomplished in the last four years and try not to beat myself up so much.
