So I want to start the Couch25K thing as soon as the weather gets more stable (we'll get 20 CM of snow Tuesday, there won't be any running on that day). Meanwhile, I'm doing a pre-Couch25K, whenever I can go outside. Today, I went out for 35 minutes, running for a minute and then walking for 2-3 minutes. I'm hoping to build endurance so that when I start, I can walk only 90 seconds between each minute of running.

I'm very happy I went out today, but omg I wanted to die! I'm so out of shape! But I managed to keep running the full minute every time, even though my running was so slow, there were 80 year-olds walking right past me. Ok not really, but I was slow.

Tomorrow is weigh-in day and I hope to be in the 170s!
