I'm just coming back from the gym and visiting with my Dad. I think I finally have a workout routine that I plan on sticking with for awhile. I know that for me working out and eating right are just half the fight. I finally had to admit to myself sense I went through my struggles with the church I put on 70 pds, so it wasn't all about the car accident. I think maybe that is what had me down the other day. I'm looking forward to working out tomorrow morning when I get off work. I realize how much it clears my mind and allows me to think.
