Ok. I have come to the conclusion that I gain weight if I don't stick to what has been working for me. Especially when I don't track my food and when I also change how many days I work out. So I am going to be NOT changing the days for working out and I am also going to start tracking my food every day again. Instead of when I feel l ike tracking it.
