Yay! I dropped back down to my starting weight from last week! I'm hopeful that this coming week will be more successful than this past week. I haven't been able to keep from weighing myself daily, so I will have to tape a sign over my scale or something to stop myself. I also wasn't successful at limiting my salt intake yesterday. I actually went over by a lot! Today probably won't be much better because we are going to my in-laws for some yummy St. Patrick's day corned beef. I'll start Monday. :)
