After tonight's shift, I get Sunday off. I'll be happy to spend some down time just relaxing and resting. I'm pretty worn out. The extra shifts are nice for my paycheck but not so nice for my well-being. Ate only 1,220 calories today (I didn't do any cardio or strength training) because I have another weigh-in tomorrow. I always get so stressed out and worried about the Sunday weight checks. I've had two weeks of 0 pounds lost. I'm hoping for at least one pound less tomorrow.
