Day 36 - Week 5 Weigh-In

Flexibility Min: 45 (stretching)
Ooookay, time to own up to this gain! It's not the end of the world. I was sick... and then I accidentally inhaled a peanut (I know right?) and had to go to the ER.... so things were a bit crazy. I let go of my tracking, I let go of my water, I let go of my sleep... and this is what happened. Some of this is sodium, most is not.
It's okay!!! I have the sleep, the water, and the eating back on track. I feel great today and have as much motivation as ever. So basically: let's see a 4-5 lb loss this week to get back to where I was before my gain. I can do this. I might not make it to my April 1 goal of 349.9, but I will be in the 350s and I will catch up to my projected goal line soon.
