Starting fresh

This past week has been rough. I wasn't working out because of my surgery, and I was on spring break so I didn't have anything to do during the day. I feel so slow and lazy. I'm hoping that the March into Spring challenge is what I need to get moving again. Thankfully I didn't gain any weight this week, but I still feel like ive walked backwards, because I need to start over trying to make a habit of exercising. I'm just going to have to remember that losing weight is what's best for my health, and I will feel so much better soon.

    Recovery is most important. Remember weightloss will happen by making smart food choices too. Take care of yourself girl! I'm right alongside of you in this challenge so stay strong! emoticon

    I imagine that surgeries are rough and I hope you are feeling better and healing well. But don't beat yourself up for past days. You can't do anything about them. Every day is a new day. Start tomorrow knowing that you can change your outcome with each new morning and do something different for yourself tomorrow. Not gaining weight in the last week is a great start. Build on that and keep it up. You can do it!!!! emoticon

    Yes, losing weight is good for your health and I hope you do feel better soon. It is hard when you want to do something and you have health restrictions. I would encourage you to believe in yourself and add back the exercise as you are able in small increments. That and proper nutrition and tracking everything will lead you to success. Good luck with your program. The upside to achieving your goals is the compliments and well-being that you get from all your hard work. Even if it's 2 steps forward 1 step back it is still progress and habit forming!!! emoticon emoticon
