Yoga weekend!

I can not believe that Yoga Rocks the Park is over after this weekend. It has been the highlight of every week for me and Sunday is the last day. emoticon

Anyways, working out has officially kicked my butt. But it has been amazing to get back into the swing of things to let loose of this stress. My friends started up the c2k5 program and I said I would do it along with them. So for the 30 minutes I did the same on/off running (faster than I normally run) then I just did a light jog to complete my 60 minutes. Seeing how I haven't really ran in a week due to sickness and lack of cars that was rough!!! My trainer could tell I was slacking on the cardio Thursday when I about died kickboxing. I am normally not out of breath but I was then. I will do better next week!

I will get back to my daily goal questions. I can't believe I stopped them, they are so motivating!!!
Here it goes:
Did I make healthy food choices? Not exactly. I stayed within ranges but that meant very little eating. I was only home for 2 hours yesterday. UGH!
Was I physically active? 1 hour physical training on Thursday and a 4 mile interval run yesterday! I plan on doing 60 minutes of biking or elliptical later today. :)
Did I feel/act motivated? Yes, I can and WILL do this!
Did I stick to the program? Not 100% but I will be improving this!
