I normally work Thursday and Saturday nights, but since I am covering a shift for someone, I am also working tonight. Four days in a row. If I could work a normal 8am to 5pm shift, I wouldn't mind working five days a week. But working 11pm to 7am with no break isn't too fun. A least I fit in a little bit of cardio and strength training. I also ate 1,280 calories. So, at least I have that going for me. My diet and exercise are right on track.

    Hope you get that shift thing corrected. The shift differential is good, but the late hours through the night is trying. Its amazing you can hold yourself to 1280 calories.
