I normally work Thursday and Saturday nights, but since I am covering a shift for someone, I am also working tonight. Four days in a row. If I could work a normal 8am to 5pm shift, I wouldn't mind working five days a week. But working 11pm to 7am with no break isn't too fun. A least I fit in a little bit of cardio and strength training. I also ate 1,280 calories. So, at least I have that going for me. My diet and exercise are right on track.
