Well my blogs have been a little sparse lately. So maybe something with more meat today!
It is so beautiful outside today! I wanted to run into the yard cheering this morning. I just told a friend, I think I'm letting the weather have too much control of my moods these days.

So all of the windows are open and the breeze is pushing out the stale air :)
I walked the dogs, and probably will atleast twice more before bedtime. I did my Wii Fit balance games. I will probably be taking a break from that soon, replacing it with the Coach Nicole videos.

In a couple of hours I will go for a walk, hopefully 2 1/2 miles. And maybe get a few laps with my bike. High on the to do list is get some of the house cleaned up...I've had spring fever or something and just not motivated in that area!

Yesterday was 60 days on SparkPeople! It has been 17 years since I have stayed with my plan so consistently!

I've lost 8.5 pounds. Not a lot I know, but a huge deal for me.

After my Open Heart Surgery in 2011 my weight dropped quickly-medications and no appetite- but the moment my appetite returned that weight plus more returned with it. I feel certain that my metabolism was screwed up and is just now on the mend. I refuse to believe it is permanently damaged!

One day I may post my long term weight loss stats-I'll bet it looks familiar to you emoticon
