Day #264 - The weekend is upon me....

Workout yesterday: Elliptical 45 minutes
Today - Gym and the usual

I was only able to get in the 45 minutes yesterday emoticon Bible study night but I had to get home to pay off my roofer before I left. Of course he didn't show up before I left for church!! I grabbed something to eat but didn't get a chance to eat it until after church which I hate eating that late. My dear brother dropped by so I was late getting to church talking with him. Love my brother he's the best. He's currently taking some courses through his job and lo and behold he's able to complete my electrical work I needed done at my house!!! It's funny how you know people but don't quite know the skills they possess. My father was an all around Mr. Fix-It and my brother always sought to master the skills my dad had the right way. So he's receiving training now from Masters in different fields of repairs and he's succeeding. I'm so proud of him, even though he's older than me I beam like he's a little brother. Saving money is a blessing - God works wonders when you trust and wait on him.

I forgot to weigh-in yesterday @ work and I decided to do it this morning...same as last week. No changes...

Hopefully today I'll be able to get in my full workout...and be able to start on my weekend projects. I'm working my mindset towards making this weekend successful as far as eating on schedule and drinking my water.

My question of the day: Have you ever been doing sit-ups/crunches and got a cramp in your belly? emoticon emoticon it is the devil trust me!!! Oh my God you talking about call 911...!!! I experienced this a few times recently and I have convinced myself that I will never, ever, ever do another crunch/sit-up while I have a big belly. The discomfort and pain I've experienced was too much to bare. I believe it's because of the relocation of my liver (after surgery it grows wierd) that I experience this so often so... I try other abdominal exercises to combat the belly. Anyone??/

Stay on track this weekend! Don't let the devil into your thoughts!! emoticon

If crunches & sit-ups hurt, try some of the machines at the gym that work that area. I can't think of the machine, but it's a twisting motion & there's another one that's almost a crunch but it doesn't hurt as much (well that's my opinion).
