I've been struggling lately, and I've been overeating and not doing my strengths training. But I HAVE been walking to and from work everyday and so I haven't put on too much weight. But the plateau was annoying and today I get to the end of a major project that I've been consumed with over the past 2 months.

I was walking home yesterday and it dawned on ... that smoking used to be my big health issue that I needed to overcome. For so long, I really didnt think I could do it ... but slowly slowly ... I kept trying to quit until I finally did it. Its now been 8 months since I smoked my last cigarette :) NOW ... it is overeating. The same process is happening ... slowly slowly ... I keep on trying ... and my nutrition is pretty spectacular, I just eat too much at night!

So now that the project is complete, I have joined a new Spark Challenge and I am back on ... again :) I really really want to weigh 75 kgs by the end of this year, and I know I can do it ... so I am determined to see this challenge through so that I can break out of the 90 something kilo range ... to be in the 80s is going to be very special indeed, and I cannot wait!

Off to get some water now. Game on :)
