My S.M.A.R.T. Goals as of 3/14/13

**My action plan for today !! 3/14/13.
Today, my spark coach want me to revisit- and write down - my goals.
Written goals are much more powerful. And attainable.
And I have learned what is a SMART goals is.

SMART goals means : Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely.

S = Specific -->
Who ?... It's Me. What?...Lose weight. Where?..My thigh. and arms, back.
When? Already starting now. Why?... To be healthy and feel good about myself.
** I will eat "whole foods" and much more veggies and fruits in my diets.

M = Measurable-->
How much?... 15 pounds for now. As of 3/14/13.
How many?... 70 min. Walking at least 4 mile a day. 30min. Strength training.
How many calories a day?.. I will eat around 1250 calories to attain my goal.
How often?... 6 days a week. For walking and 3 days a week for ST.

A = Attainable -->
Do I have the tools ?.. I have treadmill at home and gym membership.
Do I have attitude to make it happen?... Yes I have attitude!! Must lose!!
Ability?...Yes, as long as I have two feet and able to get up in the morning.

R = Realistic--->
Be sure I can achieve the goals I set , both physically and mentally.
** One pounds a week lost is a realistic weight loss goal for me.
** I will give myself a small rewards each time I achieve my small goal.

T = Timely --->
Did I set a deadline on my goal? Is it realistic & attainable?
I would like to lose 15 pounds by 6/30/13. ( 3 month from now is attainable.)

***Be Positive!! Focus on what I will do and I can do, rather than what I won't do.
And what I can't do. Track my successes, instead of my failures.
