So I was just reading some of my old blogs and wanted to make this list again!

1.Take multivitamin everyday(easier said than done)
2. Zumba class 2-3 x's a week
3 ST at least once a week
4.Add Yoga once a week
5. Keep drinking tons of water
6. Limit Starbucks to once a week
7. Read More
8. Bike more, take advantage of warm weather it will be here soon
9. Step on the scale once a week on Saturday mornings
10.Be nice, try to keep mood swings in check
