I was on Spark yesterday. Forgot to blog, and forgot to get login points 2 days in a row. I think login points should be automatic when you are doing a crapload of stuff ON THE SITE emoticon but, it's a fabulously helpful site that's not costing us an arm and a leg (in addition to the butt, belly, thighs we WANT to lose emoticon )

I did get off the migraine med Tuesday...sort of. I'm weaning off over the next 4 weeks, then have to go back to see Dr in 6 weeks. If the migraines come back, I have him talked into trying something different. Yay!

Then Hubs and I spent the day shopping. First we went to St Vincent's, where some lady at the register LOOKED RIGHT AT ME with my crutches and RAN INTO ME WITH HER SHOPPING CART!!! She nearly knocked me on the floor. Oh man, did my legs HURT! I didn't yell or swear. I almost threw up, but managed not to. And we did finish our day out. I got a lot of crafting supplies I can't get up here, and he took me to Lonestar For lunch (pricey, but not horribly so).

Can someone PLEASE tell me what the appeal is of cooking a steak and making it black and crunchy on the outside?? I don't mean grill lines, I mean the whole steak!? Its a good thing it was a thick one, so it was still rare enough in the middle to be edible for me. I don't like things that taste burnt. Reminds me of my mom's cooking (not a compliment). I cut off the outside and put it in a box and brought it home for my dogs. Along with most of the steak. I just can't do burnt taste. The baked potato was great, though. I asked for it plain without all the "loaded" crap. And I took one of my last pain pills. I think being run over by a shopping cart qualifies as "just in case" lol.

Now, it's 2 days later and my legs are still killing me. Hubs finally dug my stationary bike out from under all the stuff he'd piled on it. And I can't climb up on it emoticon

It almost tipped over on me. Being short stinks. Hubs did clear (most of) the ice off the sidewalk. And finally put the new sheets on the bed last night (he's been home since Saturday night/Sunday morning and plans to leave today). He was going to take me to bingo last night, but my legs were too sore. I can't believe I turned down a date.

Well, I guess it's time to get moving. Sooner or later I have to start getting this weight back off. I stopped the water pills last week and weighed 291 this week. Ugh! I'm pretty sure there's no way I gained 14 pounds of fat that fast! Either way, it's back on track for me.
