Time to Tweak

Eating within the calorie range? Check
Getting up at 5 AM for a minimum of 20 minutes fitness? Check
Seeing big numbers on the scale? NOPE
Time to tweak a few things.........
1. switch one cup of coffee to tea. Save those calories. Use green tea and reap those benefits too!!
2. water water water.......I have been severely off on this one and I know it is a game changer. So why can't I pick up that bottle???
3. change up the workout. I am going to try to put together a schedule....right now I have a bunch of Leslie Sansone videos and a Biggest Loser walking video I am using. I am starting to get into the ones with weights and bands, but perhaps I need to spend a day a week or more on the treadmill in the garage. Muscle confusion? and I maybe need to buy a set of 5 pound weights to further challenge my arms since I rarely notice I am sore anymore.
4. Um, did you notice the lack of produce lately? Get back to apples, berries and veggies already. It is stuff you LOOOOOVE and you have allowed starch to creep back in. Even though I am eating within the range, I am missing my produce. My goal is to return to smoothies, maybe with a little kale tossed in, to increase that part of my diet. I have never ever struggled with veggies and fruit so this is mystifying to me.
Ok......FOUR things to tweak and we will see where I am next week. Can you hear the blender running already?????
