My scale is confused! It isn't me...
I started at 212, after 2 weeks was at 203, then a few days later I wanted to see if I broke a goal, 199..... Nope 210! Wth I think. My clothes are fitting differently, so non scale victory
I am doing Zumba two days a week, LOVE IT. Once the stinkin weather decides what it wants to do, I will hit the road running.... Literally. I have some questions I will post to my respective groups, but to you fine people cruzing my blog:
If you run outside, how much different is it then indoor? I am afraid I will lose my comfortable form, and then get discouraged. I know there will be an adjustment period, just would like to know what to expect.
Also, are there any reasonable tips or tricks to reduce the bloat look I have in my belly? I still look 8 months pregnant! Despite eating clean and within calorie range. I drink about 96 oz of water daily

. I can feel the muscles under the goo getting stronger and tighter... But there are days when I out to the next town with bloat. It is random days, no associated with Mother Nature. It actually is less during those days, now that I think about it....weird
Well, I suppose it is 7:30 am, time to get Chalene going and do an AB Jam.
