I recently have been having stomach problems and been learning what I can and can't eat. As I go through this prossess it's a healthly living style that I need to adjust too. I need to eat smalled meals, stay away from fried food and not eat late at night (are some of the guidlines).
Even after finding all this out I still find myslef trying to confeness myself that I don't have to change everything. If I'm changin 80% of my life anyway why not change it all. I keep making excuses like, once my tummy settles I'll try harder.
I need to just start and the first thing I need to start with are the evenings.
I do well with breakfast and I do well with lunch but after work I'm hungry and can't wait for dinner so I have unhealthy snacks. Then when dinner comes its so good that I eat to much. Then I fill the need to top it off with something sweet. Kay that is three things. Change one thing every week and I can do this.
