Here's the scenario: "I'll just have a little bite of that. I'll walk an extra 15 minutes to burn it off."

DON'T DO IT!! It's not worth it. If you do that several times a day, you'll have to walk for 3 days to burn it off. (I'm exaggerating here, but you get my meaning). emoticon

Work toward your goal today. Keep it firmly in your mind all day long. Think about your goal until you can almost smell it & touch it!! Don't just "settle."
