    Don't get down on yourself.. I just went up 3 pounds last week and I'm back down 4 again this week. You'll go up and down.. but you are healthier today than you were before :)

    Blame the job. That's what I'm doing to explain my 3.4 the wrong way.

    Really, though, you're still right there on the edge of victory (#1 of many to come). Keep going with the good stuff you're doing, and maybe stuff half of the other stuff for a beginning?
