Wed #5 Challenge: Stretching

Hi All,

I weighed in weightwatchers lost more weight emoticon .

I have had a time committing to stretching. Well, I went to Walmart and did my usually shopping.

I placed the food in the car. Got home began to take the food out of the back of my car.

I leaned over to get the bag and guess what I felt my body stretch to the point near my waist I felt muscles pull.

I just said to myself Janet you are getting a stretch in. Here I go again getting my prayers answered.

    When you total up the things you do on a regular day you get a fair amount of strength, cardio, and stretching in! Here's the calorie burn:


    On Saturdays I sometimes do my housekeeping REALLY fast. You can work up quite a sweat when you challenge yourself to finish cleaning the entire bathroom in less than 15 minutes! (Good stretching cleaning that tub, too, lol!)

    You make me smile, Janet....noticing that you are stretching just by getting your groceries out. That's fantastic. YAY for losing more weight!
