Spring Challenge Goals

First of all, I am excited to be starting my 2nd BLC with the Dazzling Diamonds. This is such a great team with & great support. I am so glad to be a part of this team. Diamonds are going to Dazzle this Challenge!!

Onto my Spring Challenge Goals:

1: I have just recently started running. I want to really work on that. I am hoping that with Spring comes the nicer, drier weather emoticon and I will be able to get outside & work on this more. I can't wait until I can get up early in the morning & go for a run as a new day is beginning. The weather lately has not cooperated with the time I have available. So I am looking forward to working on that. emoticon

2: I am going to continue to aim for at least 8 cups of water per day! emoticon This has always been hard for me but I have been getting much better. There has even been a few days that I have actually made 12 cups!!

3: I am aiming for at least 5 fruits & veggies per day! emoticon I really need to focus on getting in more. Some days I do good & then some days I don't. I need to be more consistent.

4:Cut back on the junk food!!! I am such a junk food junkie emoticonAny kind of munchies. I need to make better decisions on my snacking. And NO snacking after 8:00 pm. I can do great all day long & then after 8:00 I can ruin my whole day.

5:Stay within calorie range. I have really been struggling with this for the last week or so. Got to get back on track.

6:I am aiming for a 6% weight loss over the course of this Spring challenge. That equals out to just a bit over 1 lb per week. It seems as I have been stuck here (170'2) forever. In fact from when I started my first BLC back in December, I have only lost 1 lb. I will be thrilled to be able to say goodbye to the stubborn 170's!!! emoticon
