Wed. Wk3 5%Winter challenge - on towards floor exercises

OK I get the chair exercises but wanting to do some floor ones too - So this picture encourages the exploration of them. A friend recently gave me a yoga mat in my favorite color - PURPLE - so I think that should work nicely for there exercises.
Off to explore and DO my first fair peaking because the getting up and down from the floor will be hard ...I think I can.....I think I can.....I think I can.....I think I can..

Also for those who have been following these blogs - new adventure today i made a smoothie - juice, spinach, cucumber, frozen mix berries, dates and ice...tastes wonderful - can't taste the green at all but tummy is in shock and "burping" a lot! Just drank 1/2 of it and planned the other half with dinner - will see how the tummy settles.

My first Smoothie with greens ---delicious but ugly! can't taste the green at all!!
Water, ice and tapwater, 8 fl oz
Cranberry juice, 100% Juice No sugar added, Ocean Spray, 8 oz =$.35
Baby Spinach (Raw), 75 gram [1 cup chopped and packed] =$.50
Cucumbers, 130 gram [1/3 large - pealed it before weighing] =$.20
Mixed Berries - Frozen, 200 gram(s) $.50
Chopped Dates- 2 Tbsp 30 gram(s) ??
Ground Flax Seeds - 2 tbsp ??
Whirred in my Vita Mix = With Electricity and unknown incredient cost, Proabably $2.00
472 calories ...divided and used half at lunch and half at dinner

    Cute bear! I suspect you must be on the Polar Bear team -- no? I bought a mat, too! However, I'm having a little difficulty getting to the floor regularly to work out. Seems I still enjoy the great outdoors and being in a standing or seated position the most. Thanks for visiting my blogs during the weekly challenge . . . we really do have an awesome God! Blogging daily was probably one of the most difficult things (this introvert) came out of her shell to do. (Although my husband says I lied on the Myers Briggs test -- smile, smile! -- however, I know it's in my quiet times that I reenergize.) Have a super fantastic week! Hug, hug -- Evelyn

    Love the photo of the bear! And, I have to say that my yoga mat is purple, too! I hope you enjoyed the floor exercises! Sound like fun!
