First an update:
February Totals
I lost 8.5 pounds which surpassed my 5 pound goal
I surpassed my pushup goal of 1,000 (1,316)
I surpassed my sit up goal of 2,500 (2,632)
I reached 95.07 miles

What can I say, February was fabulous.

Now it is March. I don't quite have a mileage goal yet but I have been able to run two 10k distances so far and I want to do at least one more. The very last one will count towards the virtual race I have planned at the end of the month. I would like to lose 5 pounds. I plan to do 2,400 pushups and 4,800 crunches.

This month is very busy for me, but I refuse to let that stop me from being active.

There are no more excuses. Today is my 29th birthday, my last year in my 20's. I will NOT be overweight in my 30's. I WON'T. I know I will succeed. The whole of last years changes have taught me that anything is possible, and I just know that I can do it.

    You have done amazingly well last year and this year as well. You haven't let yourself fail at your ultimate goal of being healthy even with some of the setbacks you've experienced. I know you must be on top of the world with your success so I don't see anything standing in the way of you accomplishing these current goals. I could say my what ifs but I'm trying to be like people like you and just do it. Keep going lil Miss Sunshine cause your success brightens my day! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
