Decade Goal Mid_Week Update (week 8)

Well, I was 185 Monday morning and assumed it was mostly bloat so I didn't track it. Then I was 186.5 yesterday morning and I just about cried. I decided if it was 2 days in a row, it must not be bloat and so I tracked it. Then this morning I was down to 183.7. What a roller coaster! I know, this is why I'm not supposed to weigh daily. So at least I haven't gained back ALL I lost since I started in December (pre-decade goal). But it's still 6 pounds above where I was supposed to be this week. SO, headed in the right direction again, off sugar yesterday, trying to churn up that motivation to a useful level again. Onward, and hopefully downward.
