We all need a treat now and then and although I have never been a fast food eater I do like a good burger made with real meat at times.
This is The Plan version:
1 lb premium ground beef, 1 zucchini finely grated and 3-4 chopped mushrooms, italian spices, red pepper.
My dinner - burger, salad and vegetable timbale with goat cheese
DH had the same and he liked it. Slowly slowly I am getting him to eat Plan food, not sure if he will do the full program...
