Legs sore but I will still do something.

    Sounds great you are really on the move. They say that we need to eat something within ten minutes from getting up so our body will start burning calories correctly. get not too hungry so I drink a high protein low carb drink for my breakfast. I get it from Wal Mart it is EAS Advant it has 17 grams. of protein and very little sugar and It is milk free. It seems to help me get going in the mornings. I also use for a snack every now and then. I do 6 to 7 small meals and it really keeps me going and do the exercises that I need to do in order to burn the fat. I stay high in protein and seems to help me not eat so much. Everyone is different. It has been proven that we can't cut down too many calories and still continue to lose weight. At first you will lose but your body will go into starvation mode. When that happen you will not see much weight lost. Remember this is a life style change.
    so happy to see you on the go and trying again. You can do this life style change and not have to worry about being over weight the rest of your life. So glad you are here and can gleam from others. You are so young and i am so proud of you for doing this at your age.
