Weigh in Day

I didn't lose anything this week. But I look at it as I didn't gain anything either. I've been on here now for almost 2 months and I've lost 12 lbs. Some might say that isn't alot.But I feel better about myself for it. I'm not as tired when I walk,I can play with my grandkids. I still have a long way to go ,but the journey has begun! emoticon

    Six pounds a month is 1 1/2 pounds a week which is an almost perfect rate to lose at. So I'm certainly not going to say it isn't a lot!

    I've lost massive amounts of weight rapidly. Guess what? I gained it all back. The 124 pounds I've lost over the past 3 or four years? So far, so good.

    WTG on your loss so far kiddo! I tell ya, those peeps out there that tell you..."Oh thats not so much", or other such non cool snipes...are just JEALOUS of you takin steps to make YOU a better person...and they cant get out of their own way to even try!!!

    I know its SO cool to feel that extra kick of energy.....and have that piece a clothing fit loose emoticon I am LOVING it....

    Im glad you are on this trip with me gal, its more fun with great company!!

    You are doing well, slow and steady wins the race. I bet your clothes are getting loose.
