So this morning I woke up way early (which sort of blew since it's my day off) and decided that instead of wasting my time trying desperately to go back to sleep, I should just get up and hit the gym.

Now this is something I've never done before, and just last night I was saying how I honestly don't understand people who work out in the mornings. But it was AWESOME! I totally get it now! It's only 11am and already I've done my workout for the day, gone grocery shopping and I'm wide awake and filled with energy!

And not only do I feel great because of my surprise early morning workout, today for the first time ever, I was able to finish a 5K in 30min. YAY! It felt SO good!

So that's about it for now, gonna go make some breakfast and officially start the day. :D
