OK. So my body is still on Standard Time. Couldn't get up with the alarm this morning. Good thing I had no schedule today : ). Shoveled snow, ticking off two "Other" Goals: Do something energetic outdoors; and get some exercise minutes. Meals off-schedule with the clock all day but who cares? I'm retired. I'm on my own schedule this week. Well, at least today and tomorrow : )

So, did I do my 10K event training? Did I? Did I? YES I DID! Did it too late in the day, really. Like from 2100 to 2230 : ( Now I'll have a hard time going to sleep. BUT: I did it. I dreadmilled for 5k, running 10 minutes, walking 1. Did that 4 times as the training schedule demands, then walked another 15 or 20 minutes to accumulate 5k.

I think I can claim to have regained my seat on the wagon for today. Tomorrow's looking positive too. Won't be able to run on Wednesday so I'll have to do it tomorrow. If it's nice out, I might make that my "something energetic outdoors".
