SP BLC 21 - What's on my mind

What's on my mind?
We are now entering week 9 of BLC 21. I'm learning a lot from my Sapphire team. My team leader is the greatest. Her best interest for all of us is to succeed in this healthy lifestyle. All of my co-captains are great motivators. Each team member are there to share their stories to help everyone see what will work and what won't work. This journey can be a struggle. Having such a great team really helps. I have some good days and not so good days. I can push myself really hard and still not see great results on the scale but that is ok because I making positive changes. I'm still learning to deal with that. I have days where I'm doing the same thing as eating healthy, drinking my 8+ cups of water, sleep 7-8 hours and I will see good results. Sometimes I expect to see great results every time but my body will think otherwise. So, I will continue to be the slowest loser and work on changing bad habits on my healthy journey.
I am focus to plan every week and that means shopping healthy groceries. Cooking at home. Taking my lunch to work. Working out at least 6 days a week. Talk about how I feel with my team mates (this is a work in progress for me).
I've been doing this for a while but I'm not that strong yet. I know that I will slip if I am tempted so right now, I avoid temptations.
As a Solider, I must keep pushing.
