Decade Goal Update (week 8)

Missed a goal today. I was supposed to hit my first 5% goal this morning and be down to 177.7lbs. I weighed in at 185 this morning. I'm not gonna track it, cuz I know most of it is bloat/salt from eating out last night, but it was still very discouraging. And knowing how I've gone up instead of down isn't particularly helpful. Sugar binges don't really respond to logic and reason. I know what I need to do. I'm trying to do it. I had no sugar yesterday and I'm not going to have any today. I ate too much yesterday, but today I'm being careful and will be at the lower end of my calorie goal. I'm more than a little tempted to try the lemonade-cayenne-maple detox for 10 days - but I worry about that triggering sugar cravings for me. So for now, back off the sugar and low on the calories. And maybe tomorrow I'll go for a walk, since I didn't do it today.
Trying again.

    The same thing happen to me. I am tracking every day and exercising. Our bodies are funny sometimes and just hold on to water. My measurement are showing improvement. My advice to you is check your measurements. I am sure you are losing fat.
