a new week (man I'm weak!)

So starts another week.... did the morning walk with 'R'..... we did 4 minute laps and then stopped and did an activity (lunges, wall sits, crunches) ~ we concentrated on legs this morning and mine are weak! we both were walking with jello legs when we got done...and our laps were a lot slower the longer we went!

I'm worried about TRX in the morning.... Adding in the cardio on the elliptical is going to be tough! I talked to Shawn and I only have to do 2 minutes.... I can do anything for 2 minutes right?!? I'm looking forward to the accomplished feeling I will have, but I'm very apprehensive at this point as to how well I'll make it! Doesn't do me any good to worry about it, but I've been thinkin' 'bout it since Saturday when that dang machine kicked my butt!

Hoping to get to go to Zumba tonight.... but that will depend on the 4-H meeting. We are supposed to have officer training tonight, so it will depend on if the other leader shows up and does it for me or not. If I miss Zumba, I'm gonna be bummed because we have very few classes left this spring :-)

so on with the week.... if Daylight Savings doesn't make me weak! lol! emoticon
