Week #1 Walk 3 checkin

Wanted to briefly mention I did a little over 3.5 miles on Saturday in about an 1 hr 15 min. It could have been farther; I used a pedometer but haven't measured my stride. I'll have to confirm on mapmyrun but I don't think I was moving as fast this time. Nice walk though; the sun was out:) Glad I worked Sunday and not Saturday.

Week 2 goal; I will cross train!
