Happy Monday! Goals for the week.

I have to admit, I like Mondays. It's another day and another fresh week to try and do GREAT THINGS in!

Looking back, I can put a big check by all of last week's goals. YAY! You know what they say, nothing succeeds like success! So now it's time for: MORE GOALS:

Goal #1: SELF-MOTIVATION - Continue to build my positive energy towards exercising and living healthy by coming to Spark every day and reading articles, getting Spark Points, blogging, posting on message boards etc. Just doing whatever I feel like. Also listening to free motivational podcasts by Zig Ziglar and Jillian Michaels.

Goal #2: Go to Personal Training one time this week.

Goal #3: Go to Yoga one time this week.

Goal #4: Improve my posture by sitting on my new Balance Ball chair in my home office - one hour a day.

Goal #5: Use my brand new food processor to make at least one healthy meal / snack. I am thinking probably hummus, it's so easy.

OK, there we go, my goals for the week. I know I can do it!

Edited to add: And since the best part of having goals is - I forgot! - the REWARDS! Here is my reward for this week:

CUTE ROWING SOCKS from the UK! eeeee! I love them but I haven't ordered them yet because I'm sure the postage will be redic. But those will be this week's reward. YEAH!

    I love the socks. I was sculling this fall with a woman who use to sweep row in the UK and we were discussing terminology. So I k now bow side and stroke side.
