The start of another week and not at running target.

Another week another challenge. I'm working in London for two days this week and lunch is provided. I know it will be sandwiches and crisps because it always is so how do I keep honest?
Well frankly I think I'll have a sandwich and then cut back at Dinner and see how that goes.
I'm not quite at my target for weight loss as I set a target to get to 148lbs by 25/03/13 and we are only two weeks away and I'm still at 154 lbs so this is now unrealistic however I'm losing at least 1lb a week so I'm not too unhappy. Maybe if I'm really good I could get to 150.
My second goal is for 22nd June and then I want to have lost all of my 32lbs that are my ultimate goal. This means I have 14 weeks left to lose 24lbs, this may also be a bit ambitious but I don't think I'll change it yet, let's see what happens when I increase my fitness activities.
Whatever happens and however much I lose before my June holiday I know I will feel much better both in myself as well as about myself. I'm already feeling the benefits of the weight loss and energy increase from just 8 lbs
