My butt hurts!!!

emoticon SQUATS galore in the tonique video and I only did the first ten minutes. What the He$$?!

I did the dvd on Saturday. Also did some TAM Cardio and my TAM Level 1 Day 4 Glutecentric DVD. My arms are sore. My inner somethings are sore. My glutes are sore. My fat on the back on my arms is sore (take that FAT!!!).

emoticon I was so sore yesterday I had to just walk the dog for 20 minutes to move the lactic acid around because if I did anything else I would have fallen on my face. My calf muscles were sooo tight I could barely lift up my feet and walk properly. I was tripping on them like a goob on the sidewalk.

emoticon at least there was warm weather yesterday! It got up to 60 degrees.

Perfect motivator and reminder of what is to come and right now around the corner. Beach Bikini weather. This year I will not be sulking in my big girl suit either. I want to go swimming and be proud of my body. It might not be perfect but I want to be proud of the house I built.

Prepped my veggies yesterday. Sort of did my laundry. Hung up a ton of clothes. fixed up my project presentation.

It was a rocky road to make my behind move but I did it.
