Good Habits

The last year I've been working out pretty regularly. Especially the last few months when I've been swimming, biking, or running five days a week. During those months, I've also strength trained twice a week. All those workouts have formed a good habit. Here's how I know.

Yesterday I ran a 10 mile race. It had quite a few hills, and I gave it my best effort. Now I need to rest a couple of days, but I want to workout. I was eating a little snack just before bed thinking I want to do something tomorrow. I won't, and I know my legs are better for it. They're still pretty sore.

I like this new habit!
