I've tried this before. This getting skinny, losing weight, being healthy thing. I've tried it 100 ways and every time I go back to where I was before. However every time, I learn from it and I try something new next time.

I feel like something that has failed me every time has been to set out of reach goals and to set times on them that I cannot see. For example I want to be down to 115lbs from my highest weight in recent years of 157. I got down to 133 but here I am at 146 again. I set these goals to get there in 6 months and I don't see enough progress so I give up and hate myself for it.

So I have decided to set 30 day goals and stop worrying about anything past that. It gives me the chance to evaluate myself monthly and see what I'm doing right and wrong and with all that said let me show you the next 30 days of goals.

GOAL #1- Lose 8 lbs. 146-138

GOAL #2- Lose 3 inches total off my body

GOAL #3- Keep within calorie limits 25/30 days

GOAL #4- Work out a minimum of 20 minutes a day.

GOAL #5- Be able to do 5 sit-ups unassisted

In 30 days I will re-evaluate and write about my achievements and what I have learned.
