2. What time are you lying down to go to sleep? 12:00am; lights out at 12:30am

3. What, if any, was your bedtime routine? Turned off computer at 12:00am, dimmed the lights, warmed my wheat heat, set my alarm clock, turned on music, read until lights out

4. What were the last food(s) you consumed tonight? cookie with whipped topping (9:30pm)

5. Did you exercise today? No

6. Did you consume any alcoholic beverages today? No

7. Did you consume any caffeinated drinks or foods today? Coffee, 16 oz, 11:30pm; Coffee, 16 oz, 4:30pm; diet Pepsi, 12 oz, 2:00pm

8. Did you take any medications (prescription and/or over-the-counter) today? No

9. Did you take any naps today? No

10. What types of stressors did you encounter today, and what types do you expect to encounter tomorrow? Finishing my taxes and having to pay; having guests tomorrow and cleaning
