Fruitful Weekend

Sunday, March 10, 2013

How did you spend your weekend? Are you like me and have a long list of things to accomplish?

I feel pretty good about what I managed to get done. I did yardwork on the one sunny day we had, walked 5 miles, biked 14, caught up the laundry, went grocery shopping, and spent some time studying for the PMP.

I maintained my weight, which is cool. So, more tracking and burning next week! I'm aiming for 30-90 minutes of something each day. I plan to try out the bikini workout I found on Sparkpeople to get in the elusive strength training.

I had plenty of fruit left from last week, so now I just have to eat it! I picked up spinach and Greek yogurt for smoothies.

So that's it. Let's make the week a good one!

I got my yard work done, too. Or shall I say started...there is much to do! I am also making smoothies....Jean Enerson showed on a segment on the news to use coconut water and kale...with the fruit and greek's actually very good, but changes the smoothie a funky color. I get the baby kale at Costco. That's my go to breakfast now. You are doing great lady....we NWeners have to take advantage of the sun every time we see it!

A sunny day gets a person active. We had rain and fog all weekend.
