New Week, New Progress

Well, this is a new week for new progress! During my weigh-in this past Saturday, I gained 1.7 pounds. Ugh! However, as usual though, I will continue to keep my head up and move forward.

Today, I wanted to see how would I do with starting up running again. So, I went to my clubhouse after a long day of rest to do Week #1, Day #1 of the Couch-2-5K (C25K). I was limping a little bit due to my left knee. However, it really felt great to run again. When, I increased the speed, my knee did not hurt that much. Now, I am going to take some Advil and put on some Icy Hot on both knees. I am going to continue to the C25K and see how my knees hold up!

This week, I'm really going to look at my eating habits. Once more, working out is not my issue. But, I have to watch my calories in as well as my calories out! So, this week, I will be making some adjustments and go onward!
