Well the snow is keeping us home today. I'm a little upset. I really wanted to go to church today. We've missed so many weeks due to illness. We commute to church, so it wasn't safe to drive today with the sleet first, then the blowing snow.

I just finished my workout. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical. I was going to try 30, but hubby told me to take it easy. I also started feeling my tendons. I'm sure the resistance was a little more than they were used to.

    We made it to church as well but it's only like 5 minutes away....down a flat it wasn't too tough for us...but if we still lived where we used to (top of a big hill) it wouldn't have happened.

    We made it to church this morning. The sleet didn't start until later for us, but everything else was canceled so we didn't have to go anywhere else today.

    20 min. is great. I understand you'd like a faster progress, but this pace is prudent. Steady and patient will take you to where you want to be. Applause for keeping your determination . So sorry for these frustrations. It will get better.
